Exigence - the private landowner will either start his or her own land trust or they will continue as they always have. We should speak up on the subject in order to let landowners know we should create land trusts so that our future generations will have natural resources to use.
Constraints - one of the biggest constraints for the project is obviously time. Other constraints are geographic since I will be writing to private landwoners in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina.
Audience - my audience will be private landowners in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina. I will be writing to the landowners because they are the ones with potential to start land trusts but it is also good that everyone is aware of the subject and the importance of it. Even though landowners are of main importance it would only be beneficial that others read it as well.
